Candles

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Candles have been part of my life from a young age. As a little girl, I would save my pocket money and while other children headed for the sweet shop, I bought different candles! As I watched the dancing flames, I would escape from the world, and lose myself for hours mesmerised by the magic of the candlelight flickering in front of me.

They brought joy to my soul and a peace to my heart, and I realised that the power of that primal flicker of light and warmth was something that touched my soul.

YOUR CANDLE MAKER

So how did I start making candles? Well, it was after my husband brought me a candle making kit as a gift. That was the point where I started to combine my passions. After some research I purchased some soy wax and started to make my own candles for us to use around the house. I use only the best soy wax, essential oils and wicks.

​

 

Then as friends and family came to the house and they would all comment on the positive energy they felt in our house that was lit and fragranced by the candles I had made. Requests for candles followed and my candle making became my weekend job.

​

 

Then the world was plunged into the Coronavirus pandemic and I was made redundant. Suddenly I had the opportunity to make my passion my full time job!.
